replacement of door hinge bushings
door hinge bushings worn pretty bad. not an expensive part but i think it's going to be a PITA to do. my stepfather (he has an 84 z28) thinks im going to have to remove my driver side ground effects to get to the pin. is there an easier way to do this job? how long should this take? and are there any special tools or advice on how to do this job. it's starting to irratate me, door hangs down and doesnt close properly.

hmm, zip ties, vice, $5 pin.... Damn! That seems like it's worth trying for me.... I'm *******ish that way. If it fails, i'll be calling up Lon and getting the greasable kit, with a spring compressor tool.
