Plexiglass T-tops

I came across a set of plexiglass t-tops for a thrid gen. The guy I got them from claimed they were from the Knight Rider TV show. I was hoping someone would have some information on these or know anything about them.

Sound to me like the lexan T-Tops that came on the 91-92 cars.Knight rider huh LOL!!
