were all trans-am RPO codes in the center counsol?

"84 and later F-Bodies used the Service Production Sticker(SPID)ion either the center console lid underside(poor location choice IMHO should have been inside the console)or some cars have it in the rear storage compartment on the driver's side.You could go to a GM Parts Dept,since your car is a '89 - not sure how far back they go,and they may be able to pull up the RPO list.otherwise do a search on here for Pontiac Historical Services(PHS).You can get info on your car but it is a fee service.

I believe the last post I saw it was $50 but I'm not sure exactly what material you get.Search the History section for PHS or Pontiac Historical Services.There's an "800" number you call I believe.

well i looked in the counsol and it wasnt there! Soo i looked in the rear storage and it wasnt there either! Soo i would have to goto a gm dealer to get them! would i need just my VIN#?

If the Part's Dept at the GM dealership will do it,and if the system goes back to '89,you will need the VIN but best to use your registration to show the car is yours.
