I have yet another question
I have yet another question
I know this is a 3rd gen forum, no one has yelled at me for it yet but I have a question about a 2nd gen. There is a guy in town here that says he has a 77 Trans Am with a factory 455 engine. I may be wrong but I thought the last of the factory 455's were in 76? I really want to know if a 77 could have a factory 455. I do not want to call this guy out or anger him because he has provided me with many of my F bodies, and has more I would like to have. More than that I dont want to look like a retard. Ha ha.

Re: I have yet another question
yes the last of the 455s were in 1976 biggest engine after this was the 400 pontiac and the 403 olds. I love the second gen just as much or maybe even a lil more than the third gen (NO ITS NOT THE SCREAMING CHICKEN ON THE HOOD) funny. Pontiac started the muscle car revolution..... and was the last holdout. Yea 455 last offered in 1976 with a measely 200 horses.
