I am having trouble with a few RPO codes.

First welcome to TGO if you haven't been already.Sounds like you have a love of Camaros in general and a very nice '91 z28 in particular.
The RPOs I can tell you offhand are;
82C - Grey custom cloth interior
98U - Ultra Blue exterior
The others I don't have a list for offhand.I take the SPID sheet is either missing or the wrong one is in your car.Being a '91 you can go to a Chevrolet,or any GM,parts Dept and they can run your VIN and give you a printout of all the option codes.To decipher them you can use the RPO decoder on here or these sites;

Yea I tried the site with the listing but could not a majority of the numbers.

The sticker isnt missing I found it right where it was supposed to be (left rear cargo bin)

I just couldnt find a majority of the numbers on the site.

You are most welcome.Did you try the second site.It gives a drop down list for RPO's.One thing you will find is that some sites decoders don't come up with the same results.Hope the below helps.
