Yup; that same block casting has been used in everything from TBI trucks to the L98 to various crate motors. It's just yerbasic late-model 350 block. 87 to about 95.
Blocks don't have HP "ratings". Engines do. Without knowing what engine it is, there's no "HP rating" or "whatever else" to look up.
If it's a bare block, then there's no "rating" at all.

Look at the suffix code. that will tell you exactly what car the engine is from.It will be a 3 letter code on the front of the engine, near the left bank of the block. Usualy it will also show the vin of the car it came from too, along with the code of the engine plant it originated from.
