what part is this?????
it came out of my 84 Z-28 never seen one before it was in the passenger side fender right next to the battary, factory wiring going to it and it works, some kind of fan but for what??? [IMG]

i believe its a band-aid for the vapor lock issues, ive seen a couple of those, usually with a hose running to the carb area
