to my knowledge...
85 the Aero spiler was an option they were all black. in 1986 it was standard on the TA but the base wing was a credit option and I think manditory if you got the factory louvers. The easiest way to tell would be the 85 did not have the high mount brake light... Starting in 1987 they were all body color and standard as the louvers were no longer available.

1985 was the first year the so-called wraparound/aero spoiler was available, as an option. In 1986 it was standard on the TA. Both years were a black textured flexible 'finish', whereas the 87-90 were painted body color.
That 85 above looks like my friends 85, and what my 86 looked like before I molested it.
