There were no 25th Annv. Cars (Heritage Editions) that were white with orange stripes. That was the 30th Annv. Camaro that was white w/ orange stripes.
Heritage Cars had either White w/ Red stripes, Red w/ Black stripes, Black w/ red stripes, Green w/ gold stripes, or Purple w/ silver stripes.
There are a few possibilites: 1) Your car is a Heritage Edition but the Red stripes have faded to an Orange-ish color, 2) Your car is a heritage but was repainted and now has orange stripes, or 3) your car isn't a heritage and someone added the stripes.
To check, does your car have a 25th Annv. Decklid emblem on the spoiler? And open up the hatch and look in the hatch compartment and look at the RPO codes, if it really is a heritage edition is should have the Z03 RPO code.
----------
Also, there are no exact figures for how many of your exact car there is. You can calculate a rough estimate based on %'s of 1992 Camaros with certain options, but there is no certain way to figure out how many cars came in a certain color with a certain interior with certain options.

Well the car has the decklid emblem and the code. it also does have the dash emblem. but the paint still has a shine to it. It must have been repainted. It has a rebuilt title. Thats disapointing. I was hoping it was original.

aha I found remnants of red paint under the hatch. so it was white with red stripes. Thanks for your help. I'll be repainting it to original real soon.
