So here it is- can u fiind out wht kinf of camaro you have if you only look at the vin? like if its an iroc or z28? Cause some that ive seen have the r.p.o missing and i found a couple imposter iroc-z's.

Re: iroc in vin??

The only way I know the VIN can be used is if it indicates an engine that is Z28/IROC specific. Without the correct SPID sheet in the car it's really hard otherwise as a V8 RS can be rebadged and suspension pieces/wheels added. It's a sad comment people do this but as we all know it happens.

Re: iroc in vin??

If the 8th digit in the vin is an 8 or F, it would be an iroc or z28 (same car)since the tpi motors where only avalible in them. If the 8th digit in an E, it still can be an iroc since that was the base motor for them but I have havent seen to many of those. This all depends on the year of the car.
