In 1988 there were 24,050 Iroc-z made, probably half of them had leather, and a quarter of them were red.

If you look around the forums before asking a question like this, you would have found that the information you seek was not documented. They documented each item quantity seperately, not combined with other items. That's why you have not been able to find you answer up till now and you got the "probably" answers.

As Scott pointed out GM didn't document option combination production numbers as you are asking for. The best you can do is researching numbers produced for each RPO separatly such as the B2L/L98 (12,198) which was a factory IROC coupe only option. Beyond that you're looking at total Camaros produced for a given option.

I'm sure that not even close to half the IROCs made had leather. I would guess more like 10%-15% of them came with leather. However, while you can't find out exact numbers, you can be sure that a red IROC with a 350 and leather isn't exactly a rare car.
