Re: SS Camaro?

they never made one but many ppl have created their own version much like yours. SS hood and some power under the hood with SS badge makes it as close to an SS you can get.

Re: SS Camaro?

some wont like it cuz its being a fake. I was gonna throw on some grand sport vette fender stripes since it would look really good with my car as it sits but alot of ppl dont like that idea but alot do.

in the end its your car do what you will

Re: SS Camaro?

It's your car and you can do whatever you like to. If it's something you like, then go for it. But keep in mind, other Camaro buffs you meet will be constantly reminding you about this.

Re: SS Camaro?

I think the biggest controversy would be like if you said..."I have a 88 (whatever year) Camaro SS." If you just said '88 Camaro' & didn't call it a SS in description, that would be OK.

Calling it a SS would be like claiming a 69 Yenko when the car isn't one...Clones are just fine. It is just looked down on when fake claims are made.
