From: Niagara Falls area

Car: 86 firebird se/91 camaro rs

Engine: 350

Transmission: 700R4

Axle/Gears: 3:73/3:42 4th gen

help 88 camaro emissions

i have a 88 camaro rs with a 350.my friend is interested in buying it off me but he lives in crawford county pa.to pass inspection they do an emissions visual check.i was wondering what emission components would need to be installed to pass.i assume air injection,egr ,cats and charcoal cannister.im not sure if any other things need to be added.thanks for all help.
