Door relpaced, hinge problems

I recently bought a new door from a junk yard (drivers side) of of a 87 Firebird for my 89 Formula (Door on Formula was rusted throughout). Anyways this door seemed to be perfect until I got it completely on yesterday. It fits and semms to be alligned perfectly. Opens and closes. Only problem Im having is with the bottom hinge. it gets stuck for a second when opening and closing. Like that little wheel there on the hinge. Im not sure exactly how to explain it. Anyways When the door opens and closes to a certain point (about half way) that little wheel gets like stuck or something with the piece that runs along it making a weird metal thud/clank sound and not allowing the door to flow smoothly. Is there a way to fix this? I tried lubricants (wd40, lithium greese) and that didnt work, leading me to believe something is bent. I didnt get a chance to play to much with it yesterday because it was too late by the time I got the door on. Im gonna attempt to fix this when I get home from work later today. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

If you want it lubricated, don't use WD-40 on it! I have had this happen to me on occasion, and what I always did was to drip some oil onto all the moving parts, and also put some on the surface where that little catch wheel is rolling. Most likely, the surfaces have some rust or crud on there, and that wheel is probably dry too. Oil everything with several drops of motor oil, then work the door back and forth. This always worked good for me.

Water Displacement formula 40 is good for cleaning, penetrating, and for very temporary lubrication, but it is a horrible lubricant for use long-term. It will wash out any oils or greases, and then the WD-40 evaporates leaving.... NOTHING!
