Well, my '82 MSE with only 72,000 miles on it lost a cam lobe. I think it had something to do with a pulled rocker stud last summer. So I'll be gathering parts for a rebuild. While I'm at it I thought I might re-create the "Git Kit" for my car. I'm looking for specific part number info on these parts.

Tri-y headers and y-pipe---------Thorley I believe.
Holley 600 carb------------------Which list number?
Chrome air cleaner---------------Plain generic I assume maybe 14"?
Mallory distributer----------------Which part #
Champion spark plugs------------RV12YC
Mallory coil----------------------Again which part #

Have you tried calling Dennis at MSE to get the info?
I purchased a complete set of decales from him for my 1983 MSE car.
I Also purchased a extra rear spioler from him.
