Were there really 2 different ones? Like 2 for the front and 2 for the rear?
Which ones are correct for a 92 GTA? Maybe the 0 offset are for 15" wheels?
I'm totally confused lol.
Thanks!

All the ones I took off of mine 16" crosslaces are the same. Maybe the 15" ones were different? And I'll sell you mine with the retainers & center emblems (3 are perfect, 1 could use a new center emblem, but you'll only notice the difference if they are in your hand & 2 ft away from your eyes) for cheaper than just the black caps would cost ya from Classic Industries. $100 for all 4.

Thanks for the offer but I'm only using NOS or the best repro parts I can find. I'm attemping to do a "concours" quality resto and need everything looking brand new. I'm even reproducing the bar code sticker that was on the crosslace wheels when new lol.
I was blessed to be given a set of NOS gold WS6 center caps by a user here and it just wouldn't be right to not put them on brand new center caps lol.
So do you think the -16mm caps are the correct ones?

Mine are OEMs, extremely nice condition & some still have the GM stickers on the back. Your choice man. Or anybody else that is interested. I've had cheaper offers, but won't sell them cheaper, because they aren't 22 yrs old.
Classic is the only place I've seen that says the fronts & rears are different, so I dunno. Maybe they were.

I don't know where Classic Industries got the idea that there are two different caps. I don't know why you'd settle for reproductions from Classic Industries when the real thing should be easy enough to obtain.
Lol funny you say that because just about 2 hours ago I did find an NOS set of 4 that I'm going to buy!

I've got about 40 Firebird centercaps out in the garage, and they're all the exact same molded plastic cap... Some are off of other Pontiacs that used the same style cap, they're the same too. The only ones I can think of that are shorter are the mid-80's Rally II caps, that sorta look like the traditional Firebird cap, but aren't as deep.
I agree with Madmax, CI probably lists them that way to cut down on phone calls from buyers who might think they're different. Maybe they've got two different size aftermarket caps...

I hoped those medalians got to you ok! enjoy
I have never heard or seen any different size caps.
That doesnt mean there was or wasnt tho.
All my cars have 16" wheels and they all have the same size caps.

When I ordered some for my Formula Wheels back 8 years ago there was no difference in part number... I would have to check the parts catalog, but I think they are all the same...

For sure! Many thanks!!!! I just ordered 4 NOS center caps and 20 repro lug nut caps to complete it. I'll be driving down to CI in a few weeks to hand choose my wheels...Originally Posted by Tony Walch

If you are wanting to do a concours resto, NOS lug nut covers are still available. The part # is: 10028614. Let me know if you need help finding them.
