I concur, they're hideous. Probably dry-rotted too judging by how badly the whitewall part is bleeding over into the blackwall. Looks like it could have been a nice car if the guy had taken the time to clean it up and buff it. Don't see any clearcoat failure. Another case of poor eBay marketing = no sale.
