Where is the RPO tag located on my 87 Trans am?

 

On Camaro's, they are either on the center console, or on the lid of the glove box that's in the trunk - not sure about 'Birds.

 

It's located on the inside wall in the center console. Open the center console lid, remove the cassette holder (if equipped), and there should be a black and white SPID sticker with several 3-character codes on the inside wall of the center console. This is known as the SPID sticker with all the RPO codes. If the SPID is not there, someone removed it and the only way to know some of the RPO codes would be to order an invoice for the vehicle.
