High there,

Ok,I've been a member since 09 but this is the first time I've gotten around to posting something.I have a blue 91 rs hard top with the tbi 305 with 254,000 miles on it.It runs great, the tranny just leaks a little. It needs paint but is 100 percent rush free,I bought it from a guy who moved from texas to mn and he didnt want to drive it in the snow.I bought it with 120k in 2003(before I could drive legally).I want to get some things straight in genral. The speedo only goes to 110mph and I know that they where susposed to be governt to 110 when new.My speedo is dead on and it pulls well past the 110 mark.It is faster in the top end then my 65 impala which tops out at 125-130.I'm wondering what the top end would be,it has a th700r4 auto and I'm guessing the posi 2.73 rear pig. It's 100 percent factory stock other then the air-filter(k@n) shocks, tires and wires and exhaust(factory replacement muff and intermedent pipe)All in all its been a really great car and still runs pretty stong.

My other Q is this.I'm getting Bs was this I-talon wannabe gangster hillbilly who is saying that his 3000gt can beat my camaro in the top end.I think he;s just a 19 year old wanna be punk(hehe,I'm 19 and Sicilian)So,hears the stats of his car that I know,3.92 rear gears,200hp non turbo 6,5spd stick and fwd.base curve weight of 3219 but he has a trunk load of subs/boxs
Mine,91 camaro, maybe 3300 pounds, tbi 305 (says 170hp but it feels like more) 2.73 rear gears.I also run stock size Kuhmo Ecsta SPT while he runs Avon tech 550's with a 17 inch wheel.
Any one that posts is thanked.

Re: High there,

In factory config, your car has a speed limiter set at 115mph.
