I have seen two people claim they own one and was curious, also did they make TA B4C cars?

By TA B4C, due you mean Trans Am?
Either way, the B4C package was restricted to only the '91 & '92 Camaro RS coupes.
I'd be interested if they could put their money where their mouth is and provide a SPID (factory RPO decal with it's VIN matching the one on the car) with the RPO B4C on it. That's the only way I'd believe it. If not, then I'd just nod and smile.
The only way a convertible might have that RPO would be if it was somehow independantly taken to ASC for the conversion, but I highly doubt it.
