Hello everyone i just joined this site and i really don't know where to post this question!! I am trying to locate my 1986 Camaro Z-28 that i've sold about 8 years ago and i don't have any of the buyers info, all i have is the vin#. DMV won't give me any info either. I know there is carfax but that won't give me names and exact locations! Anyone have any idea how to go about this??

 

File a freedom of information act form with your DMV on that particular Vin # and you can get the information your trying to get. Law enforcement agencies can get it without jumping through any hoops, any time they want!
