almost done after three years
1987 formula 350 with 43,000 miles. Bought the car with just a little front end and rear quarter damage. Looked like somebody hit a ditch straight on and pushed the whole front end up. Traded my old j20 jeep for the paint job that turned out pretty good. the interior was mint so not much to do there but fixed center console. Took a bit to find all of the air dam for the front since none of it was on the car when i got it. Its hard to find things for these old cars. Found most of it from a junk yard. After the i got the car painted it took almost a year and half just to get the stripe tape done. nobody made it for the formulas. Luckly there was a 88 formula about a mile down the road that i got all my measurments from. The car is just sitting there rusting away and they wont sell anything off of it i tried but they let me take all the measurments i wanted. I ended up using masking tape to make my stripe and taking it to a locale custom sign place to print them out. It was tricky getting all of the bends correct. turn out pretty good. The funny thing is i called pheonix graphics for 7 mounths and they said they do not make them. I guess i bugged them enough that now they make them. i seen them when i was looking for a 1980 camaro z28 decal set for my next project a couple months ago. There only a couple things left to do. I need the 2 sail birds because the body man put them in the wrong place and the hood insulation. Ready to hit a couple car shows this year. thanks for looking.

Looks really good, it's great to see one more saved!
