A question about gas tanks

i have heard people put the newer f body camaros gas tanks in the third gen i have a 83 camaro would a 2003 camaro tank fit in without to much work or where can i find a newer tank for cheap?

Would a late model tank be considered history? Or restoration? There was no Camaro in 2003, btw.

Try the tech general engine board, or use the search feature. A late model tank would be considered a modification, not historically accurate, therefore not technically a restoration part.
