Dark blue (navy blue) 85 z28 RESTORATION
I was trying to find the production numbers for the navy blue on silver factory paint job, cant seem to find any photos of one other than my own.
Could anyone be so kind as to give me the numbers, im going to repaint soon and i would like to keep the origional gm color.
I am restoring it, have been since last march.
I have put a ton of time and money into this car to do it all right... It is very important to me to find out how many of these in this color there are out there.
I have finally gotten enough to get the car painted. it is currently undergoing body work and paint. Pics to be added later
I can/will also use this as a build thread

I have one of those 85 Z's...had it almost 18 years. Insurance salvage. White book says 14986 in 1985. Not sure if that is accurate or not. It is an odd color with no Metallic in it.I like to call it Snarf Blue..........BILL

Had to go check the garage and see that my car was still there after seeing those pics Dusk. Subscribing, and best of luck with the resto.
I'm going on 20 yrs with mine. Came from NY as a matter of fact. Is a hardtop LG4 with a T5 originally

Dman85. Did your car get and LS1 conversion by Hawks thirdgen? There is a car that looks just like your car in the project car section.
