RPO code help

Hello, I was looking at my build sheet today, and notcied 4 RPOs that though they had a short description next to them i didn't know what they meant.

first is FE2 "susp spl perf"

and the other two are 85Q and WW6 which are both Brilliant red RPOs.
is one for the GFX and the other for the body?

also I9P which is described as "Black"

Re: RPO code help

FE2 is for 30mm front sway bar, and 24mm rear sway bar.
WW6 is Brilliant red metallic Aero Pkg.
85Q is medium slate gray metallic molding colour
19P May be black interior trim...not sure.

Hope this helps...I had the same issues last week decoding my Camaro.

Re: RPO code help

19P is for the black PW7 wheels.

Can you post, or email me jt@thirdgen.org, your build sheet for our RPO Decoder database that we're working on?

My GM manual shows 85Q as MOLDING COLOR,MEDIUM SLATE GRAY

Re: RPO code help

GM was ingenious with the RPO's for the color of "things." The first two numbers indicate the Color, and the letter the Letter designates the part:

19B = Black Cloth Standard Seats
52P = Gold Metallic Wheels (See chart Below)

Below is a listing of the third character that I have found:

A= Body Accent Stripe
B= Cloth Interior Trim
C= Cloth Interior Trim
D= Cloth Interior Trim
E= Cloth Interior Trim
F= Covering Floor Mat, Color
G= Cloth Interior Trim
H= Cloth Interior Trim
I= Interior Trim
J= Cloth Interior Trim
K=
L= lower (Secondary) Paint
M=
N= Interior Trim Combination
O=
P= Wheel Color
Q= Molding Color
R=
S=
T= T-Top Color
U= Upper (Primary) Paint
V= All Vinyl interior Trim
W= All Vinyl interior Trim
X=
Y= All Vinyl interior Trim
Z= All Vinyl interior Trim
1= Interior Trim
2= Leather with Articulating Seats
3= Leather
4= Leather
5= Leather
6= Leather
7=
8= Cloth Interior Trim
9= Seat Belts

Hope it helps.

Re: RPO code help

Either is fine as long as it's fairly legible for usage.

Thanks
