this is the description of the video

This 1992 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 is last of many categories: there is really a neat story behing the car to keep workers from rioting on the last day at Van Nuys plant, on the last day of work one of the workers would win the last 3rd gen camaro made in 1992 it was the end of the greatest generation of camaro.

Reposted many, many times here. The owner is a member here.

Also the story about winning it is wrong. The guy who owns it just wrote GM a letter asking if he could have it and they said sure. The last Camaro built at Norwood in '87 was given to an employee of 19 years in a raffle.
