These doors are from an 88 GTA. On drivers side, hing is bolted to door. On passenger side it's welded (no bolts). Looks factory, is it? Why?

Hinges are welded to the doors and bolted to the body unless someone has repaired the hinges and made them bolt to the door.
There is a factory/dealer kit for that.
