Ran into this at a car show today. I had only seen one in pictures before. The overall effect at 20 feet was impressive, but getting close showed the lack of build quality. The nose and rear quarter panels are awesome. The hood and rear deck lid... not so much. I still like it though.

I gotta admit, it's not a bad looking ride, way better than those Tojan creations. I wonder how much of what he says is true, about the balanced/blueprinted engines? Seems like it would have been much easier and cheaper for them to just dress up the LG4 with chrome parts, rather than swap out a brand new engine. Let's face it, this ride is more about show than go.

Lol, yeah, I gagged a bit at those pedal covers too.
The wording did seem a bit odd, as why would a company go through the hassle and expense of blueprinting a new engine, when they purchased the base v8 car with rear drums? Why install a race suspension and keep the crappy factory front discs?
That stick holding up the trunk is tacky too....
As I said before, overall, the car is nice. I approached from the rear, and the bodywork is impressive enough that I didn't recognize it as a thirdgen until seeing the interior. LSx swap, T56, 4th gen brakes front & back, and this car would be a blast.
