Collecting all Thirdgen related articles in one location?
With the demise of the Thirdgen.org related links to these, I'm curious if anyone would be willing to either host, or help maintain a collection of sales media and magazine articles.
I've got a few in my Google drive. The Google drive is kind of nice, because its centrally located, and not restricted to a specific server.
The idea would be to have a few maintainers be able to add/remove/maintain the articles in a hopefully organized fashion.
Some of the articles are linked elsewhere and have been posted before. However it would be nice to get a decentralized repository for them that doens't depend on one persons server, or webpage.

That's a pretty cool idea. I need to scan them, but I have numerous sales adds and brochures for my '91 including several different languages. I would be more than willing to share them if I got quality scans for them. The brochures I have include the usual English one in addition to French, Japanese, Belgian, German and one or two more.

One issue is with copyright.
As you know, what happened was we moved from one platform to another due to some security issues with the old platform. Getting the framework in place, and moving forward with new content, was the priority. Yes, this was done months ago and the links still (edit - I have added them to the menu bar) wasn't added. I can admit this was something I sort of dropped because there needs to be some organization and some layout adjustments. But the content was not deleted nor removed because all old content was still accessible using their old links. Beside a few comments, there hasn't been a lot of mention on this.
The sales media can be accessed via this link (or under Media - Sales Articles):
https://www.thirdgen.org/media-oldsales/
The magazine articles can be accessed via this link (or under Media - Magazine Articles):
https://www.thirdgen.org/media-articles/
Sorry, but I can't really support promoting an outside resource, using our site to pass through, which takes away from our site.
If you, or someone else, is interested in contributing to our media section, send me a PM, I think it might be possible to allow some members to directly contribute to that section. Something that we could not do prior to this change.
However, please note that copyright may be an issue.
