Decoding my 1LE

I'm trying to decode my '91 1LE and I ran into a few codes I can't find. I have a 1991 GM service manual and they are not listed in it. The codes are as follows: R8T, VAN, V68, V68, YA7, YF5, and 1AZ.
Here is a pic of my spid:

Everything else is in the service manual. I have all the paperwork from when the car was ordered and these aren't listed either. Any ideas?

If you use Google to search the forum for each of the codes, I'm sure you'll find definitions for most of them.
