JAMAICA YELLOW 1992 Trans Am On Craigslist

Not mine but thought I'd share the find

Car looks clean in Pics. He's asking $8000 @ 62K miles. I guess the asking price is after he found out how rare the color was lol ??

The owner's spelling and punctuation are horrendous. the car appears to be in good condition but I hate the color, I'd only buy it if I was looking for a car to hold on to while it appreciates in value.

I would assume somebody had or tried to put a STB on it and the bolts fill the holes.

That motor has powdered metal rods and hyper pistons, should run really well

That's a fair price I think. Late 92 build as mentioned.

I'd say English is not the sellers first language haha! The AutoZone alternator needs to go but the heat wrap on the manifolds is a nice touch lol.

Yes, everyone of these late builds with smooth t-body cover, textured runners, black valve covers and different oil pan that I have pulled apart has had the LT1 rods/pistons in them, including the 305 tpi cars.

That car is a great deal in my opinion. I'd buy it. Its almost enough to make me consider giving up my 5 speed quest...

Re: JAMAICA YELLOW 1992 Trans Am On Craigslist

I personally looked at this car when the previous owner had it in Tulsa. It was a very nice car at the time and I seriously considered it but had already stared moving on to other types of cars. I don't see how anyone could go wrong with this car at this price assuming nothing crazy has happened or been done to the car.
