Value/info on a 1986 firebird SE?
Hi i have recently acquired an all original 1986 Firebird SE with 56,000 miles in near perfect condition. White with red interior. It has a 305 V8 with an automatic transmission and a bunch of options. I haven't had a 3rd gen for 10 years, and that one i sold for $2000 with a lot more miles than this thing. Are these rare? are the desirable? Is anyone interested in buying it? I used to have an account on this site when i had my 92 camaro. I cant even remember how many years its been since i have been here. Anything helps. Thank you!

Info on a 1986 Firebird SE?
Hi, i recently acquired a 1986 Firebird SE in like new condition. It has 56,000 miles, its white with red interior and has a 305 V8 (LG4 MFI) with automatic transmission, and has a bunch of options. Is this a rare or valuable car? My google skills tell me its one of 2,259 built in 1986. It is also all original. Any thoughts on what i could sell it for? Is anyone here in the market for one? Thank you!

Re: Value/info on a 1986 firebird SE?
I'd say $4300/$4800 as its got the V8 and still looks like its a decent solid car for the money, not hugely valuable or desirable in general terms unless your into SE's but still tempting for the right person because of the miles and its still an unusual 80's Thirdgen firebird. The passenger front fender and bumper have been replaced at some point but I think it was probably a little fender bender that was fixed at one of the previous owners local garage/bodyshop at some point because chances are if it had been a large insurance repair bodyshop/garage then they'd have also replaced the lower strip decals on the fender and bumper that are missing. $4500 would still be a decent price.
Good Luck with the sale.
