I got the new tires on the IROC. What a DIFFERENCE! They grip like super glue! I could blow up the Goodyear's that came on it from a 25mph roll, sideways in 2nd, and even lay 3rd gear scratch every time. It was fun, yes, but kind of dumb. These tires just hook and go. They look awesome on the car, too. I am super happy with them!

Looking sharp! I still can’t believe you sold the 82. It was such a beautiful and unique car. I bet you end up buying that car back

Yeah, they are super sticky. It's a modern summer performance tire which just happens to come in our size. Looks like you still have your original gray caps?

Looking great. Am I seeing black door edge guard on driver's door and not the passenger door or am I crazy?

I've mulled over taking it off my Formula, but it has grown on me and I'm afraid if I do remove it, I might find marred edges and would have to put more back on it, so I just leave it be and honestly, it's not that noticeable really.

I owned the car about 3 days before I even noticed one was missing, lol. If I cant find one, I'll probably just take the one off the drivers side, too

It took so long to get there, that I thought the transporter guy just decided to keep it for himself!

Wow! That’s awesome!

Would love to see your car and Chaz’s Black 89 together at a show!

I've actually got a few more of those OEM TPI emblems than I'll ever expect to use. Maybe I should consider selling a few off to discriminating enthusiasts who can't un-see the flaws in the crappy aftermarket ones we are stuck with now. Finding the proper shipping box is a pain, though.

Congrats on the new car! It looks to be in great shape.

I'm partial to these options myself. Have a blue 89 w/ stripes

Good looking car. White third gens are best third gens.

Sad to see you let the '82 go, it was such a clean example. Glad it went to a known good home though.

Thanks man! I sure love this car! I talk to the new owner of my 82 all the time, and he is REALLY loving that car, too. It is in great hands!

Now that's a video! Full throttle and tires slipping sure beats the hell out of parking lot and plastic trophies, huh?
I think you made a good choice. A car you can romp around in AND look good doing it.

I really like the simplicity of the decal delete cars you and Chaz have..... The graphics for my car are ordered from Phoenix Graphics, but I am leaning to only putting the Z28 decals on when it comes back from paint, and leaving the stripes and IROC door stickers in the box.....

I was really, REALLY considering putting the decals on this car......but the cleanliness is really growing on me and I just dont think I can get myself to do it anymore.
