You basically have to wait for a group buy to get posted up, then get your $$$ in.
Re: Where to find Ronal r15 wheels?
Rumor has it they will no longer be producing these in 17 inch diameter.....which if true, really sucks!
I was told they are re-tooling for the new 18 inch R-15 repos

275/40/17 is getting slim pickings. For the GTA I'd like a set of Pilot Sports 4S. Pretty much the best non-track summer tire that has a good lifetime. All the other track oriented stuff is epic, but sketchy as hell in rain, and doesn't last long.
I mean otherwise I'd just throw R888R on each corner and enjoy getting my face ripped off in corners.

Ronal, based in Europe, is one of the largest manufacturers of OEM wheels in the world, and that's where most of their business comes from. Their lack of response to aftermarket demand for relatively low-volume wheels is simply a result of scale.

Not too surprising, “Arriving Soon” is Classic Industries code for "Maybe someday", or "Out of Stock", or any number of non-committal "Don't got its". They've had some stuff on perpetual “Arriving Soon” for years. Email them to ask when "soon" is, they don't know. Then you get spam/scammer emails from their address in reply to your query. Seriously, if you get an email months or years after asking a question, be careful about replying or clicking any links.
Well that's dumb. Nothing like a reproduction, retro wheel, in a different size. I suppose the market for smaller sizes is slim, but reducing the offering is going to cost sales. Why buy a 18" R15 over literally any other 18" 5-spoke wheel?

Right on thanks Drew.

Re: Where to find Ronal r15 wheels?
OER/Classic Industries being one of those channels.....I'm still trying to figure out where, but it's looking it's like an overseas company.....go figure.
Remember when Hawks was having the vote for the 18" Ronal Repo style?......that is when all production stopped for the 17" R15's
and when the company started re-tooling for the 18's......or so I've been told......Bruce Hawkins probably know the details on all this and
where the company that manufactures them is located, etc.
IMO, dont hold your breath for the 17" R15's......no matter where you look to buy them.....unless you find some OLD ones sitting on a shelf somewhere
or better yet......some ORIGINAL R15's !! I'm always looking.....I had a perfect set and let them go......kicking myself now!

Multiple brands? I thought all those 17" wheels were the same OER regardless of where bought.
Ronal hasn't made a production run for quite a long time now (2012 ?).
Hawks can get you a set of 18" Forgelines if you don't want to wait for cast aluminum. The early Hawks prototypes were the Forgelines. Better have a thick wallet though.... we're talking real Forgelines.

Re: Where to find Ronal r15 wheels?
I’ve been looking at the 93-94 firehawk wheels as an alternative since the 91-92 wheels are pretty much impossible to find right now, I know I’ll need an adapter for the 93-94s but does anyone know if these are identical to the impala ss wheels? Looking at pics it seems like the firehawk ones are a bit more deep dish but not sure.

Re: Where to find Ronal r15 wheels?
I'd love to have another spare set of the 17's. The last production run of the Real Ronal R15s was around 2006. Determined this when those were basically out of stock when i bought a NOS set from a guy in 2009. Crazy how these are only becoming more rare
