Window Sticker
How would i go about getting a reproduction window sticker for my car without spending a fortune
Re: Window Sticker
Find a sharp photo of an original. Use something like Photoshop to digitally edit the info. Print your doctored document on the cheapest paper you can get. And wrinkles and coffee stains as needed to replicate authenticity.

Re: Window Sticker
im gonna try and do that to get an actual repro is close to $100 and i would rather spend that on something nice for the car than a piece of paper
Re: Window Sticker
The only difference between MSPainting your own, and buying the reproduction is who's doing the work, and maybe the quality of the paper. The repros are usually full of errors, they just sorta look the part.

Re: Window Sticker
i haven't heard the best things about people ordering repros my problem is finding a picture of one without a giant SAMPLE across it
Re: Window Sticker
You can usually fumble around with Photoshop a bit and select the SAMPLE text, then delete it and replace it with the background color. Couldn't tell you how I've done it exactly, but it can be done pretty easily if you know where to look.
