Found a '92 GTA

I ran across what is supposed to be a '92 GTA. It's hardtop, leather, auto, and supposedly a 350. Interior is average to good. Exterior is average to below average....peeling clear, peeling paint from a replaced front bumper that's a different color, broken front right ground effect, and one edge broken on the spoiler. Also currently not running. Zero to minimal rust. Mileage is less than 150k and the interior looks it. Any thoughts on what it should be worth.....assuming it actually is a 350??
