The VIN appears to be for a 1988 with the 5.0L TPI. Unfortunately, while the VIN is valid, it is not in the database that I have access to.
Nearly all options that were available on the GTA was also available on the Trans Am, plus they're bolt-ons. Since the car is 34 years old, a lot can change. The wheels on the car are not correct.
The GTASourcepage has a good guide as to what to look for. However, as stated above, 34 years and bolt-on part means there is no 100% conclusion without verification from the VIN, SPID or build sheet.
If you really want a concrete answer, you can contact GM Archives and order a copy of the invoice. The invoice will not include all RPO codes but it will list the major ones - such as the GTA Y84 code.

Is the speedometer's primary indicators displayed as mph or kmh? How about the temperature gauge, is it Celsius or Fahrenheit? If it's the digital cluster, this is less relevant.
I'm wondering if the car was built as a non-export but was later exported. Generally, the cars that were built for export are better documented so I'm thinking this was a non-export car when new.

Its a digital cluster and the owner wife told me they owned it in Germany from 1995 and was garaged in 2009 until her husband died in 2021
Look under the dashpad. You have to unscrew a few 7mm head bolts to lift it up. Five minute work. If you are lucky, the service tag on the dashboard is still there. It also shows the "Y84" RPO if you have a GTA. Here is mine from my 88 GTA.
