Does anybody know if the original decals stripes are supposed to be top stripe thinnest and gradually getting thicker to the bottom black area or vice versa?

I see some variability online and dont know what is actually original. This picture COULD be wrong, but I am not sure.

 

They start out thick and then go to thin. The one in the picture is upside down. Probably a reproduction decal that was die cut wrong.

 

They do look upside down. The cut out looks right though. Original decals where also solid color. I cant tell from the picture if the decal is red/back or clear/black.

 

Thanks Dennis!!! And thank you also Jeff!! I forgot you BOTH these cars inside and out!! They are 2 toned with red and black. The guy who made these made them wrong. Its unfortunate because I had to pay a professional alot of money to have them placed. Now the whole entire car is done wrong.
