Guage Cluster label matches front tag

I thought this would be good for all to verify if your gauge cluster is original or not, while changing the heater core I came across this tag on my gauge cluster. Kinda of creative how the tag numbers are repeated in small font to match the large number on my riveted tag, an old school method that would seem to be an effective way to assemble parts. This is the first one I've come across on my car, does anyone know if the "Item Code: NGJ" would be the 145 speedo?
