You, I and a 1991 Formlula are the only SLP performance kit options 3rd Gen's I've ever seen or know of. Since all 3 of the cars do not have the sticker on the car I doubt we will be able to find a picture. As you guy can tell from the pic Jim posted, there is NO way the sticekr can fit on the radiator cap with the factory stickers in the way. I attached a life size picture of the sticker to this post (I know, bad scan) so you can get an idea for the size.

I think a good spot for it would be on the plastic air intake of the cold air kit and unless you were to remove one of the factory stickers I just don't see how it is possible for it to go on the radiator cap like people think it did.....

and they look great, one of the last detail items. Should make for great convo piece while at the drag waiting in the staging lanes
