What does having a performance suspension mean what upgrades does it have becides the 245/50/16 tires or is that the only difference?

The only thing the performance suspension tag on a pontiac means, is that its not a Level I suspension... it could be level II, F41 or Level III, WS6/FE2.

RPO codes or the model of the car... All Formula's are level III WS6, all 16" wheel trans am's are Level III WS6, Iroc's and late Z28's are all level III or FE2...

Performance Suspension has 16" Wheels, larger sway bars, quick ratio steering gear box, and if I remember right the spindles are different also.

Peace
