cause my mustang weighs 1470 kg or 3240 lbs

 

According to GM, 3254# for the IROC. Also according to GM, this is the calculated weight of a vehicle with standard equipment only as designated with the additional load of oil, lubes, coolants, and fuel all filled to capacity. For options add:

That being said, according to GM, my fully loaded 87 IROC with 350 and all weighs in at about 3650# without driver. My car also includes power mirrors, overhead console, rear locking cover, rear window defrost, cruise control and wiper washer assembly. I guess I can add even more when I add in the Bose Stereo system at approximately 25#!! Now we're looking at 3680#???

 

Well, I know my 87 Z-28 weighs 3300lbs. AC spare & back seat removed & 5 gallons of gas in the tank. I weighed it at the track last year.
