If you don't have the RPO codes which in my case have been lost is there any other way to look at my car and see if it is indeed a 1LE Camaro? It does not have a/c but it also has no heater. I am supposed to take the car back to the dealer to have the heater installed. BTW my car is a 1991 Camaro Z28 1LE with 5.7 automatic. It does have the corvette style brake calipers 4 wheel disc all around.

 

Well let's start with what year it is and if it's TPI. Give us more info about the car and we can probably tell you. Does it have A/C?

Start by posting the VIN, And i'll run it to see what the options were. You said install a heater? they should all have a least a heater in them. You also mention A/C,1991 1LE cars did not have Factory A/C. I did talk to a owner of a '91 1LE, that had the dealer install A/C for him. Chris
