I have a barely used shifter for sale with a 5' cable. Its set up for a 200r4 or 700r4, but can be used with a 3 speed by putting the pin back in. Have all the brackets too. I lost the black plastic cover when I moved, $120 shipped. Came from my v8 s10 but switched back to 5 speed.

Heres a representation pic, but mine is in a little better shape, and has the top shift plate. Will get my own pics up as soon as my camera charges.
