Pontiac /GM CD unit

I found this a few weeks ago. Truly have not hooked it up, so lets assume it does not work BUT pretty early CD unit. One **** will need replaced, the trim bezel should hide the small flaw from where someone tried to wedge it out with a screw driver. These are not around but I think $90 shipped in US should be fair. I do not take PayPal since I do sell well over the $20,000/200 transactions a year and don't like the IRS watching my hobbies.
Postal M.O. covers both of us. Feel free to PM me, email me or I will even give you my number. I am in St. Louis, Mo if you want to pick it up and throw it on ebay.

Re: Pontiac /GM CD unit

Will this cd player radio work with the steering wheel audio controls on the 1989 Trans Am GTA models. I am interested if the steering wheel controls will work on this CD player.

Re: Pontiac /GM CD unit

hopefully someone will chime in, I don't have the answer but I will assume that the wiring harness wil control whatever factory unit is installed. If you have steering wheel controls now, I would have to assume that it would work but I cannot guarantee anything. Someone else whi knows for sure will have to answer for us.

Re: Pontiac /GM CD unit

I do not believe this will work with GTA controls. This unit is factory on 93+ GM cars and I don't believe the controls work the same, though this unit does have the capability to work with steering wheel controls, just not the 89 style.
