Nice condition. No steering wheel. Tilt, Includes 1 VAT key. Turn signal stalk is in good condition, with only slight diminishing of the "set" for the cruise control.
Not cut up, all the wiring intact with factory connectors. Turns freely, as does ignition (although with it sitting for so long, it could use some cleaning). Turn signal cam works.
