Hey guys,
I'm looking for a mechanical 145MPH speedometer to replace the stock 85MPH speedo on my 84 Trans Am. Thanks!

i hate to tell you this, but they don't exist. the 145 MPH speedo wasn't introduced until the firebirds changed over to electronically controlled speedometers. the best you can do is have a new face made and recalibrate your speedometer to read properly on it. someone had this done and i think it went to 160MPH, you'll have to search the boards for a picture of it

Yeah I've seen that picture.
THat's probably what I'll do. I'll have to find one to use while I send that one in though.
It's my only car right now. hehe
