Is there anyone out there nice enough to throw 2 in an envelope and send them to me, I need 2 to do my install If not, how much?

which ones exactly do you need?
If you still need them and I have them,I'd gladly stuff them in an envelope for ya.

I know I had a few extra but I guess I threw them. They are the screws that you need to install the overhead console, I have two but I need 4

Sorry man,I don't have any of those,nor do I even know what they look like.
I wasn't sure what you meant by upper console,but overhead console made things much clearer (lol) good luck finding them.
