Try a GM dealership... I had to replace my key before and they told me that the VATS system was the same up to 96 I think. GM used it in 4th Gens so you might be able to find it that way, or even see if someone else is selling a 4th gen one and just have a key cut for it...

Hey thanks, I may try to get enough resisters to hardwire something and bypass the switch altogether. Be way cheaper and I wouldn't have to install a new ignition switch.....thanks for the input
