I know for sure I have a good working headlight switch, I have a rear defrost switch, and I will check on the foglight switch. I will get back to you with pics and price.

I have the headlight switch in good condition and the rear defrost switch...I believe that it works, I ohm tested it, and it switches when you flip the switch. $50 shipped for both. (the defrost switch is $52 by itself new)
